100 Pounds 100 Days: NSV!

One year ago, my gym class got a yoga instructor to come in and teach us some yoga. One of the poses she showed us was the teddy bear headstand. I could not get it at all; I was such a flailing mess. I tried doing the teddy bear headstand moments ago out of the blue AND I CAN DO IT NOW! WITH EASE…

update!

I know it’s been a long freaking time since i used this. I want to feel worth loving. I’m going to stick to this. I lost about 5-7 pounds with my gym class. =]
